Privacy notice

Account and collaboration: we process your email, account role, profile and studio details, connections, projects, sessions, messages, files, lyrics, documents and payment settings that you or your collaborators provide. These data support sign-in, shared work, billing and support. IP addresses, request details and technical logs support delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Where the GDPR applies, account/workspace and subscription processing serves the contract or requested pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)); service security and support rely on legitimate interests in reliable, safe operation (Art. 6(1)(f)), subject to your overriding rights. Statutory retention follows legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); processing that requires consent uses that consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Sharing: connected studios and artists see workspace data according to their role and connection. Studio uploads intended for the shared workspace are available to the connected artist immediately. Private writing areas remain separate. Anyone receiving a valid download link can use it until it expires.

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Our project is hosted in Zurich, Switzerland; support and operations can involve Singapore and the United States. Supabase describes contractual transfer safeguards in its linked data-processing terms.

Hosting: the website and app pages use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical access data are processed to deliver and protect the pages, including through international infrastructure and in the United States. Provider privacy and transfer details are linked below.

Backups: encrypted recovery copies of database data and uploaded files are stored with Backblaze B2 in the EU Central region, Netherlands. Backblaze is a US provider; account and support processing can involve the United States.

Optional assistant: when you use it, OpenAI receives your question, relevant conversation and limited workspace context; voice recordings are sent for transcription. Processing can occur in the United States. Routine questions do not send full file contents or lyrics. API data are not used for training by default; text requests can remain in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under the provider policy. Do not include unnecessary confidential information.

Studio billing: Stripe receives your billing email, supplied name, studio reference and the payment details you enter on Stripe. LnkrX stores customer/subscription references, status and paid-period dates to manage access. LnkrX does not store full card details. Stripe processes billing and payment data internationally, including Ireland and the United States, under its own privacy terms.

Website contact and support: sending a form forwards your supplied name/email, topic or summary, message, page reference and included conversation through FormSubmit to hello@lnkrx.com / support@lnkrx.com. Automated website help answers are produced locally from a fixed guide. FormSubmit publishes the privacy notice linked below, without specifying all processing countries or retention periods. You can contact us by email instead. Hostpoint handles incoming mail to our lnkrx.com addresses. Account emails are sent through Hostpoint SMTP.

Device storage: the app uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences and local work. Device permissions are requested for features such as microphone recording and push notifications. Push providers receive the subscription endpoint and notification data when enabled. You can revoke these permissions in your browser/device settings. Beat Ideas can load or open YouTube content; Google then receives the relevant connection data.

Retention: account and workspace data remain while needed for your account and collaboration. Cancelling Studio does not delete the account or files. Removed items can leave records in documents/trash and backups. Billing evidence, support correspondence and security records are retained as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations or disputes; account inactivity alone does not trigger automatic deletion.

Backup rotation normally retains recovery points for 30 days and at least three complete snapshots. Older parts remain while referenced by retained snapshots. Failed jobs, legacy archives or delayed cleanup can extend retention. A deletion in the live app is therefore not an immediate deletion from all recovery copies.

To request access, correction, deletion or a data copy, use the contact below. We assess applicable rights, shared records and legal retention duties; there is currently no one-click full account export/deletion. Data no longer needed are deleted or anonymised subject to those duties. We use contact information to handle your request, not as consent to unrelated marketing.

Terms of service

Service and content: LnkrX supports collaboration between studios and artists. Keep your credentials secure and upload/share only material you are entitled to use. You retain your rights; sharing a file or Beat Idea does not grant a music licence. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to access another account without permission.

Free and Studio: registration is free with 500 MB of storage per studio. Studio costs US$9.99 per studio per month or US$85 per year, paid annually upfront, and provides unlimited cumulative storage shared with connected artists. Individual file limits and safeguards against abuse continue to apply. Connected artist accounts remain free, with no extra subscription fee per artist.

Purchase: the Stripe checkout shows the amount, currency and payment terms before you confirm. Billing is in USD; your bank may apply conversion charges. Paid storage access is granted after a verified successful payment. A cancelled or incomplete checkout does not activate a subscription.

Renewal and cancellation: Studio renews automatically each month or year according to the selected billing interval. Cancel through Account → Manage subscription in the Stripe portal, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period; paid access continues until then. Ending a subscription is separate from requesting account deletion.

Expiry and payment problems: when the paid period expires or a renewal is unpaid, the free storage limit applies. Existing files remain; new uploads are blocked while over the free limit. Reduce usage or renew to upload again. You can still access and remove existing files subject to your normal workspace permissions.

Refunds: send your request to billing@lnkrx.com with the account email and invoice reference. We review voluntary refunds individually; there is no blanket money-back guarantee or automatic prorated refund upon cancellation. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Studio–artist services: the parties agree their own services, prices, licences, cancellations and payments. LnkrX tracks invoices and payment reports; the studio confirms receipt. These payments are separate from your LnkrX Studio subscription and are not collected or verified by LnkrX. Monthly studio offers do not themselves create an automatic card charge.

Assistant and availability: check important dates, amounts and documents. Assistant answers can be mistaken; proposed edits are saved only after you accept them. Maintenance, outages or security measures can temporarily affect access. Keep an independent copy of important originals. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes: the version date identifies these terms. Material changes to an existing paid subscription require advance information and apply prospectively, subject to mandatory law; a website update does not retroactively change an already paid period.

Your data

You can edit your display name and photo in Account and manage your own content within your permissions. For access, correction, restriction, objection, deletion or a portable copy where applicable, contact us. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the basis.

Send requests to privacy@lnkrx.com, preferably from your account email, and specify the data or account concerned. We verify identity proportionately. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card details or identity documents in your initial message.

Access requests are normally answered within 30 days. If more time or an exception is necessary, we explain the reason and expected timing. You can also contact the competent privacy authority, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Account deletion is handled through support. Subscription cancellation, account deletion and deleting a shared document are different actions. Tell us which you want. We explain any data retained for legal duties or the rights of other collaborators; backup copies follow the retention arrangements described above.

Help & security

For support or a security concern, email security@lnkrx.com with the affected area, approximate time and a short description. Leave out credentials and confidential files. If you suspect account compromise, change your password and revoke sessions.

Access to shared data is tied to sign-in, roles and the studio–artist relationship. Uploaded files use private storage and expiring download links. Share links only with people you trust. These controls do not make data anonymous or provide a guarantee of absolute security.

We review code, dependencies and account access with automated and targeted tests, including Codex Security, Snyk and SonarQube. Findings are assessed and corrections tested. This describes our review process and is not an independent security certification.
